Well grounded motivated person

In my opinion being a leader is an art. It requires to be well grounded confident and optimistic. It also requires the skills to motivate people in believing in the same goal and guiding them to work together to achieve it. There would be no leader without common goal and there would be no satisfaction of accomplishing it without inspiring others to do it as a team.
