Watching TV

I love watching real life TV documentaries such as "The Deadliest Catch", a show about crab fishing in the Bering Sea.

Since reading about leadership styles, I am looking at the series with different eyes. I am noticing the captains of the fishing vessels apply the different styles at different times, and with different levels of success. It is seeing the Situational Leadership Theory in action and adds another layer to the series for me.
