One good habit to get into is to plan tomorrow today! Planning today for tomorrow, will help you have a relaxed mind tonight and a clear mind in the morning. In addition to the fact that you will be ready to rock and roll first thing in the morning, thus providing some personal positive reinforcement!
If you don't take the time to organize your next day at the end of the previous one, then, from my experience you will fit into one of these two categories.
1) The constant worrier - That the one that's always worried about making certain that they aren't going to be forgetting something for tomorrow.
2)The one that did forget!
