My Personality

Sometimes you choose to be a team player and feel uncomfortable as a Leader. If others view you as competent and you have all the values that they are looking for. You end up becoming a leader though your personality traits would prefer to watch others lead and just be a team player. Sometimes one must learn to deal with complex issues as a leader. Depending on the situation you then become a leader by majority decision. Leadership classes help us keep our personality traits but teach us to use tools and techniques to rise up for the occasion.
