I am going to use a teacher for an example. I know a teacher who is motivated by her kids. She thrives on their learning. She is motivated to help kids because they are excited to learn. She works because her kids love to come to her class because she respects and loves each one enough to learn their strengths and weaknesses so she can guide them in the right dirctions.
