Leadership is not a simple task to handle this, some experience and working qualities are required, check out leadership styles and try to adopt that. So try to learn new things on daily basis and then save your time and money as well.

Well, I do think that every situation or context in which we operate as a leader call's from some adjustments to your leadership style to ensure that we maximize our chances of reaching our goal as effectively and efficiently as possible.

That said, it's difficult to generalize a comment. However, in a "normal" business context my preference is to use a participative leadership style as I think that it brings, again generally speaking, the most motivational value to your employees.
