A Leader performs not for the tangible earning, rather performance produces inner satisfaction i.e. a complete spiritual gain...

therefore, there is zero defect in the process of achieving the desired objectives...
there is nothing to replace spirituality... and for leadership role, spirituality is like blood in human body... so, without spiritual approach, leadership is workable like a robot... needs constant charge, electricity i.e. incentives, money, tangible rewards etc etc
