I like the Sound of Team way of managing a business; It works well for everyone involved. I never have liked a job where there is a high turnover of employees. If all business adapt the team concept this would be a better world to live in.

There is high productivity with growth of the employees, which later turns out to greater satisfaction of the customers and stake holders.

You have a very good and powerful argument. I totally agree with you on this point because the more threats, fear or pressure coming from the leader makes people inefficient. People do work more efficiently with an easy and friendly environment or say pressure less environment. So believe in teamwork to more than leadership.
