Good Leaders are True to Themselve

I think that good leaders should always remain true to themselves!
Trying to act or to be someone else isn't going to make you very credible in the eyes of your staff, peers or superiors. Eventually, people will recognize your "falseness" and will discredit anything you say! Some might be able to fool others for a while, but eventually the reality catches up with them.
Thus, from my perspective, developing yourself in an authentically manner is of extreme importance.
As long as everything is working well, there aren’t any problems…until one day, when the situation gets though and they stop “acting” and allow everyone to witness their true nature!
They not only need to develop their leadership skills and abilities, in doing so, they need to change their beliefs as this is the only way to truly and authentically change permanently.
