1. Leadership is intentional. Whatever your strategies, your intention matters. Whatever challenges it may come along your way, be intentional to your goals to achieve bigger results.
2. Leadership is a process. Its alright to make mistakes. Learn from it. No one started at the finish line. Take every step as a learning to be a better leader.
3. Leadership is modelling. The most rewarding task on earth is to be able to inspire and build up others for them to succeed. Start one at a time. For they will also keep on doing what you are doing.
Find someone whom you think you can lead.
